MFP: 1.16.13 - WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY

Hey All! It's my first Weigh-In Wednesday and I'm pretty nervous. I forgot to get a picture on the scale this morning but here is the weigh-in number from yesterday morning...(I'm already not starting off so good with my forgetfulness!)



Ok...here we go...the true me...no more hiding...no more being ashamed...me working on me...me not caring about what anyone thinks of me...just me being me...



So here it is, folks! The truth shall set you free. I have a lot of work cut out for me if I want to get down to 135 lbs. I am 5'3 and should have a BMI of around 26% (i think?). 

I have some new ideas coming for each day of the week...stay tuned for those details tomorrow.

For dinner tonight I had chips and salsa...because I'm addicted...and a smoothie & small salad. Sounds horrible right, I know. These are the details I need to start focusing on if I'm planning to get down to my goal weight of 135 lbs.

The smoothie was amazing...the 'before' and 'after' of deliciousness!

 

Alright all, I'm exhausted tonight and must get some rest for my 2 workouts I have planned for tomorrow (5am and 4pm). Have a great night and stay tuned for more msfancypantsy!
